4. TERMS OF SALE

These terms of sale define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and reclamation of goods offered on our website best4pet.org. the supplier (seller) of the products offered on the best4pet.org website is Best 4 Pet d.o.o., and the buyer of the goods is a visitor to the website best4pet.org who selects at least one product, fills in the electronic order form and sends it to the seller.

In case of system error, Best 4 Pet d.o.o. is not obliged to carry out a defective order and deliver the product.

If the order is not complete, i.e. does not contain mandatory information, such as name and surname, e-mail address or mobile number or phone number of the buyer, the seller is not obliged to carry out the order.

The purchase of products in the name and on behalf of a minor or a completely incapacitated person can only be requested by his legal representatives, or partially capable persons can request the purchase of the product only with the consent of their legal representative.

Upon receipt of the order, the seller will contact the buyer as soon as possible on one of the contact details provided by the buyer in the order form, in order for the buyer to confirm the order.

The goods are delivered to the customer only after the order has been confirmed. If the buyer does not confirm the order within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation, it is considered as if he has not filled out and submitted the order form, therefore the order will not be delivered to him nor will the goods listed in the order be considered reserved.

The buyer can book products if they are not available in stock, which means that they will be notified when they are available for purchase and will have a 24-hour deadline to confirm the order. If the order is not confirmed within 24 hours, it will be considered that the buyer has withdrawn from the reservation and the order.

The buyer can book the products if they are available in stock, in which case he has 7 days to place the order. If he does not make a purchase within 7 days, he will be deemed to have cancelled the reservation and order.
5. RIGHT TO CANCEL THE ORDER

The buyer can cancel the order immediately after submitting the order form, by contacting Best 4 Pet d.o.o. at one of the offered official contact information specified in Article 2 of this Policy. If you don't order within 24 hours of receiving... He will be deemed to have cancelled the order.

6. COMPLAINTS AND APPEALS

The trader undertakes to allow the consumer to submit a written complaint in his own and without delay confirm his receipt in writing.

In addition to the obligation referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, the trader undertakes to allow the consumer to submit a written complaint by physical or e-mail referred to in Article 2 of this Regulation.

The trader is obliged to respond in writing to the objections referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

The trader is obliged to keep and keep records of consumer complaints referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article on a durable medium, one year from the date of receipt of the written complaint of the consumer.

The buyer has the right to terminate the contract in accordance with Zakon o zaštiti potrošača in Croatia and Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov in Slovenia.

If there was an error when packing the ordered products and the buyer did not receive the ordered product but some other, he is obliged to report this to one of the official contacts published on the website within eight (8) days of receipt. In this case, the user returns the said product at the expense of Best 4 Pet d.o.o., which, upon receipt of that product, undertakes to deliver the originally requested product or make a refund within fifteen (15) days.

If the ordered product has not been delivered to the buyer, he is obliged to report it within eight (8) calendar days from the date of the expected arrival of the ordered product through one of the official contacts published on the website. Within this period, Best 4 Pet d.o.o. is obliged to determine what happened to the advertised shipment, and inform the buyer about the further resolution of the complaint.
7. ORDERING

Ordering through the best4pet.org website is done by ordering available products selected based on the photo and description. The photographs are illustrative in nature and do not always credibly show the product they represent. Due to the possibility of individualadjustment of the computer and/or mobile device display settings, differences may appear in the visual display of the content of the website, therefore Best 4 Pet d.o.o. does not guarantee full conformity of product colors with the colors displayed on the computer screen and/or mobile device.

Ordering goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 16:00 and Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00. Ordering products are selected from the offer displayed on the website Best 4 Pet d.o.o. - best4pet.org. Products can be filtered by type and purpose on this page. The offer is constantly changing, depending on the need to supplement or remove certain products from the offer.

Best 4 Pet d.o.o. is not responsible for the costs of using computer and/or mobile equipment and telecommunications services necessary to access the service.

The order of the product is carried out electronically. By clicking on the "Add to cart" icon, the selected product is saved in the consumer basket. By clicking on the "View cart" icon, all products added to the cart can be viewed, and by clicking on the "Order" icon, the order is completed. The products are ordered at the moment when they pass the entire order process.

There are two fields in the order form for typing the address. If the buyer fills in only one of them, it is understood that the delivery address is equal to the address of the client/payer.

An order confirmation confirming that the order has been received will be sent to the e-mail address from which the registration was made, and will contain information on:

After receiving the order, the supplier checks all order items and the availability of items and then sends a confirmation of the order to the customer. In the event that certain products are not available for order, the supplier contacts the customer at the mobile or telephone number for the contact or e-mail, which the customer has indicated in the order form, and informs him about it and offers replacement products in the same amount or reduces the amount of the order.

In the event that Best 4 Pet d.o.o. for any reason is not able to deliver any of the ordered products, it will contact the customer by mobile phone or phone number for the contact or e-mail, which the customer has indicated in the order form, for the purpose of agreeing on the delivery of a replacement product or possible cancellation of the ordered product.

If the buyer does not receive an order confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours of placing the order, he can contact Best 4 Pet d.o.o. for assistance and information at . to one of the official contact details listed in Article 2 of this Regulation, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00, or Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00.

8. PAYMENT OF GOODS

The buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered products with delivery costs by one of the following payment methods:

Shipping costs are included in the price of the product.

The price of delivery costs is variable and depends on the delivery service with which Best 4 Pet d.o.o. concludes a delivery contract. The delivery price is determined by the price stated on the invoice issued to the customer upon completion of the order process.

If payment is made on delivery, the buyer pays the order in cash to the courier service employee when picking up the goods.
9. POSTAGE AND SHIPPING OF GOODS

Delivery is carried out by delivery services:

Overseas Express on the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia,

DPD on the entire territory of the Republic of Slovenia.

The delivery price for Croatia is about 30,00 kn for the continental area, and for the islands between 40 and 80 kn. The price is variable and depends on the Overseas Express Croatia delivery service, which reserves the right to change at any time.

The delivery price for Slovenia is about 8 € and is variable depending on the delivery service DPD Slovenia, which reserves the right to change at any time, with regard to the weight of the package, the amount of parcels per delivery and packaging.

Overseas Express and DPD regulate their own way of working according to their terms, for which we are not responsible and which we cannot influence, so you can find out about their Terms and Conditions on their official website spelling out below this point.

The ordered product is packaged for delivery in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport. When taking over the ordered product, the buyer is obliged to check for possible damage and immediately report them to the delivery worker who delivered the product, and refuse to take over the delivered product on which external damage is visible.

Verification of the correctness of the order depends on the buyer, and subsequent complaints are not accepted.
-
The product is insured against loss at delivery, so if the buyer after thirty (30) days from the submission of the order does not receive any notice from the seller or delivery service, or the delivery service does not deliver the shipment to him, the buyer must inform the seller so that the seller can take the necessary actions to find the shipment or send a replacement.

If the buyer does not pick up the shipment at the first delivery, the delivery service will return it to the transport center and try to deliver it two more times.

For shipments delivered by Overseas Express Croatia, the following applies:

The sender is informed about the condition of the shipment, therefore, if the shipment has not been delivered to the recipient or customer, he will request the customer's statement on the reason for not taking over the shipment. If the buyer does not have a valid reason why he did not take over the shipment during the first delivery by the delivery service, the shipment during the next delivery cannot be paid on delivery, but the same will be sent to him only after the payment is made by bank transfer.

If the buyer does not pick up the shipment, and the delivery service tries to deliver it 3 times, the shipment is returned to the sender.

The costs of returning the product delivered with damage shall be borne by the seller.
-
With the delivered product, a retail invoice and a delivery note are obtained.
10. RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT
-
You can unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
-
The right to unilateral termination of the contract is exercised by the buyer who timely notifies Best 4 Pet d.o.o. with his decision on unilateral termination of the contract, by unambiguous statement sent by e-mail, stating his name and surname, address, phone or mobile phone number and e-mail address.
-
The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the date when the buyer or a third party designated by the buyer, who is not the carrier, is handed over to the buyer or a third party who is not the carrier.
-
Upon receipt of the request for unilateral termination of the contract, the goods will be taken over by the delivery service determined by Best 4 Pet d.o.o. as soon as possible, without delay.

If the buyer unilaterally terminates the contract, Best 4 Pet d.o.o. will make a refund if it was previously received for that order, minus the cost of the refund, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods that were pre-terminated by the said contract.

The buyer bears the costs of any impairment of the goods consisting of unpacked goods, damaged and/or used goods and the like, unless as many goods as were necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods have been used. If the product is returned incomplete, with major damage or without an invoice and if it is not delivered within eight (8) days of submitting the request for termination of the contract, it is considered that the buyer has not fulfilled his obligation to return the goods and the seller is not obliged to make a refund of the paid funds.

Difficulties caused by material defects are dealt with by Zakon o obveznim odnosima in the Republic of Croatia and Zakon o obligacijskih razmerjih in Slovenia.

If he returns the unpacked product in the original packaging, the buyer bears the costs of delivery and shipping, and the seller will return the entire paid purchase price for the product, not including the cost of delivery.

If he returns the unpacked product that he did not use and the original packaging, the buyer bears the costs of delivery and shipping, and the seller will return the paid purchase price for the product by 50%, reduced not including shipping costs.

If the product is used, the seller is not obliged to refund the paid funds or replace the product.

The seller determines the category that includes the returned product after the buyer returns it to him.

The product that is damaged and the product that does not have an invoice, which was with the product after the purchase by the buyer, the seller has no obligation to take over in the refund, and there is no obligation to refund the paid purchase price.
11. RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

The return or replacement of products is defined by Zakon o zaštiti potrošača in the Republic of Croatia and Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov in Slovenia.

Any buyer can terminate the contract concluded off-premises or concluded remotely within 14 days.
-
In the case of concluding a sales contract, the time limit referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article shall begin to run from the date on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, the goods that constitute the subject of the contract are handed over to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, the goods that constitute the subject of the contract are handed over to the consumer.

Ordered products can be exchanged for the same product of another size or other product (or products) within 14 days of receiving the package, if the ordered product is not used and the original packaging is not damaged or opened and the buyer has an invoice.

Refunds paid for the purchase of our products are made to the current account of the customer.

The seller must return to the consumer no later than 14 days from the date on which he received the notice of the consumer's decision to terminate the contract, return to the consumer everything that the latter paid on the basis of the contract.

The cost of replacing the product is borne by the buyer according to the price list of the delivery service chosen by Best 4 Pet d.o.o.

If the buyer personally delivers the product he wants to return, he can do so by coming to the address of the Warehouse Best 4 Pet d.o.o., which does not bear the costs of the refund.

Before any return or exchange of goods, the buyer is obliged to contact the seller at one of the offered official contact details referred to in Article 2 of this Regulation, during working hours, Monday to Friday 09:00-16:00 or Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00.

The court in the place of seat of the seller has jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.
12. COMPLAINT

In case of return of goods, the buyer is obliged to send a justified complaint to Best 4 Pet d.o.o., via e-mail, by phone or in writing.

The buyer is entitled to a return of the goods in the following cases:

when he was delivered goods that he did not order;
-
when the goods are delivered to him with expiry date;
-
when he was delivered goods with damage.

When receiving goods, the verification of the correctness of the order depends on the buyer. Please compare the received items with the invoice, if something is missing, immediately note it to your courier.

The buyer is obliged to check its correctness when picking up the shipment and if the shipment is damaged, defective or incomplete, immediately note it to the courier and contact Best 4 Pet d.o.o.

In case of inability to deliver other goods, Best 4 Pet d.o.o. will reimburse the buyer for his costs of returning the goods and the value of the goods that he is no longer able to deliver.

The seller is obliged to replace the product or return to the buyer the entire amount paid increased by default interest within 30 days from the date of receipt of the written complaint to the buyer, counting from the receipt of the written notice of termination of the contract.

In case of suspected password theft or hacking of a user account, the buyer is obliged to contact Best 4 Pet d.o.o. immediately upon learning of one of the offered official contact information specified in Article 2 of this Policy.
